A Little Bit About Samba Greens
Samba Greens is a locally owned and operated vertical farm focused on producing high quality microgreens. Our goal is to provide freshly harvested greens rich in nutrients, taste and texture. We currently grow sunflower, radish, cabbage, pea shoot, arugula, broccoli, mustard, wheatgrass and kale microgreens but can also accommodate beets, cilantro and basil as needed.
Rachel Coble started Samba Greens after falling in love with the magic of microgreens. Fascinated by their taste and beauty, she took on the adventure of building a vertical farm and started growing microgreens for her and her family.
About Microgreens
Microgreens are young plant seedlings that are concentrated in nutrients and flavor. They often contain larger amounts of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants than mature greens. They are known for their rich, vibrant flavors and their colorful beauty that’s perfect as a garnish on a wide variety of dishes or visual enhancement, also a great addition in juices and smoothies. Microgreens can add sweetness and spiciness to all foods.

We currently grow a variety of Microgreens and each one is unique and demands different growing schedules. Be sure to give us at least 14 days to have your order ready!
Our container fits 6oz of microgreens and it costs $15.00. You choose which microgreens go on your container! Mixes are great, specially if you love all of them or if you are a first time buyer.
Some of Our Microgreens
Sunflower Crunchy and nutty sunflower flavor. Delicious in salads, as ingredient in guacamole, wraps, sandwiches.
Arugula Small leaves with zesty, nutty flavor. Adds a touch of flavor to any plate delicious in salads and sandwiches.
Kale Mild and nutty flavor, very tender. Great in salads, wraps and juices (great in juices with broccoli!)
Pea shoots Great tender pea flavor. Specially good in salads or as a bed for meat, poultry or seafood.
Radish Peppery, strong flavor. Delicious on sandwiches, burgers, bagels, salads and sushi.
Broccoli Mild taste but full of nutrients. Great for salads, sandwiches and juices. (Great in juices with kale!)
Mustard Spicy, horseradish flavor. Great addition to any salads and asian plates.
Kohlrabi Sweet, mild cabbage taste. Its beautiful purple and green color make them great garnishes.
Red Acre Cabbage Mild, cabbage taste. Fantastic garnish and pairs really well with radish.
We also sell buckwheat, pea shoots, boc choi, kohlrabi, carrots, beets, cilantro microgreens.

Our goal is to have your microgreens order ready for pick up or delivered at your location. We currently deliver to kingwood/Humble areas with no fee (other areas $5.00 delivery fee)
